Dr. Naeema Burgess, MS, PsyD, ABSNP-D is the founder, member, and officer of Giving Hope, LLC. She has 16 years of experience in providing school psychological services, ABA therapy, staff and leadership development training, autism and behavior curriculum development, training and services, and 5 years providing neuropsychological services to school districts and the public. She has a master’s degree in school psychology, a doctorate in clinical psychology, and is board certified Diplomate in school neuropsychology.

Dr. Tamara Brown is medical doctor with a dual degree in management and a concentration in healthcare administration and business administration from the University of Maryland University College. Prior to that she graduated from Windsor University with a Medical Degree. She is currently part of Healthcare Leaders of New York, American College of Healthcare Executive, and American Medical Student Association. She has over 20 years of experience working in psychiatric hospitals and group homes and with individuals with mental and physical disabilities.

Ricqueshia is very passionate about mental health as it is something very personal in her life. She has been in the mental health field since she was 19 years old and became a mental health medical technician at the age of 21. Her current goal is to give back to the most vulnerable population: the children of NY. She is currently a doctoral student pursuing a
degree in Clinical Psychology. Prior to working with Giving Hope LLC, she was employed by NYC Children Services, which drove her passion for working with children, especially those from one of the most underserved communities in America.

Jannell was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. She worked for the board of education for 22 years. Jannell raised three children, which has been her life’s greatest achievement. She is an active contributor to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

RJ has a passion for science and research. She developed this while doing neurobiological and vesicular research at Mercy College. She began her work with Giving Hope LLC as an Intern during her time at Mercy College where she recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biolog. RJ is currently continuing her education and hopes to continue to study Neuroscience in the future.
